The Pediatric AIDS Coalition held its annual Dance Marathon from 2 p.m. to midnight Saturday to support pediatric AIDS research and treatment. The coalition has raised over $6 million since the fundraiser’s debut in 2002.

Tens of thousands flooded the closed streets of Los Angeles for the marathon Sunday, including thousands of supporters and volunteers.
The Los Angeles Marathon, coined the Stadium to the Stars, drew in runners from 63 countries and all 50 states.
