Community members highlighted issues they want to see addressed by the next LAPD police chief during a webinar Tuesday.
The webinar – co-hosted by District 5 Councilmember Katy Yaroslavsky and the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners on Tuesday evening – allowed participants to share complaints surrounding officers, including slow response times.

Police officers served made-to-order pancakes, gave tours of the police station and allowed community members to foster connections with officers April 16 at UCPD’s second annual Pancakes with Police event.

Westwood community members were able to “Paint the Town Pink” at March’s edition of Broxton Nights on Saturday evening, which featured roller skating, music, dance and hot pink outfits.
