Child C’s mother testified that Child C told her Rodriguez inserted his finger in their butt. The mother also said that Child C told her they had seen Rodriguez hitting another child. The mother said she frequently volunteered in the classroom, sometimes staying for multiple hours, to help serve lunch and at the start of nap time, when she sometimes interacted with Rodriguez.
