Child B’s father testified about asking their child about Rodriguez. The father said they had a conversation with Child B on Feb. 24 in which they asked if anyone had ever put their finger in the child’s butt, accompanied by a hand motion described as putting a finger in the anus. The father said Child B answered yes. Child B’s father added that their child’s stool had contained blood since October 2023, and that they reached out to physicians they knew to ask what to do, but it was assumed to be constipation.
