Child C’s father testified that Child C experienced almost nightly nightmares beginning around two months after the child started at Krieger, where the child would scream “no” and “stop,” along with kicking violently in their sleep. The father also testified that Child C told him Rodriguez had hit their head and chest, despite the child asking Rodrigeuz to stop.
