WEST HOLLYWOOD – Rebs Fisher-Jackson, a UCLA graduate student from the United Kingdom attending a Comedy and Chill Party in West Hollywood, said she is “cautiously optimistic” about today’s election results, even though she could not vote.

“I don’t know how much Americans realize just how much the whole world depends on the results,” she said.

Fisher-Jackson said coming to this country with her wife on a visa makes this election very high stakes, adding that she believes this election is a vote on human rights.
