“OUT OF THIS WORLD – THE EXPERIENCE” (Missy Elliott)
It’s time for fans of ‘90s and 2000s R&B and hip-hop to be catapulted into outer space.
Missy Elliott’s “OUT OF THIS WORLD – THE EXPERIENCE” tour is coming to LA’s Crypto.com Arena for two shows July 11 and 12, with tickets for the spectacle starting around $78. The tour kicks off July 4 in Vancouver, Canada, and is the first headlining jaunt for Elliott, who became the first female hip-hop artist to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last year. A throwback-heavy setlist may be on the horizon since the tour will feature the talents of Elliott’s past collaborators Busta Rhymes, Ciara and Timbaland.
Elliott scored five top-10 albums on the Billboard 200 and 10 top-10 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 between 1997 and 2007, including the Grammy Award-winning hits “Get Ur Freak On,” “Work It” and “Lose Control.” It’s reasonable to infer that these slickly produced bangers and more of Elliott’s seminal catalog – plus tracks from her tour mates – will be offered to attendees as a nostalgic launch into the beat-forward soundscapes of the early aughts.
With so much talent on one stage, next week’s shows are certain to be out of this world.

“‘THE SHOW’ LIVE ON TOUR 2024” (Niall Horan)
Niall Horan is turning LA into his center stage this summer.
The Irish singer will bring back-to-back nights at the Kia Forum on July 27 and 28 before closing out the North American leg of his “‘THE SHOW’ LIVE ON TOUR 2024” in Austin, Texas. The former boy band sensation is sure to bring audiences to their feet with a jam-packed setlist spanning his entire discography, along with fan-favorites from his tenure in One Direction. Tickets start around $73 on Ticketmaster to see Horan solidify his prowess as an electric performer for new supporters and Directioner enthusiasts alike.
After he was forced to cancel his sophomore tour in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Horan turned to social media as a way to connect with his fans. While discussing the upcoming tour on “Good Morning America,” Horan said he had been planning this tour since he was 10 years old, dreaming of the intimate moments in which the audience harmonizes his lyrics back to him. “’THE SHOW’ LIVE ON TOUR 2024″ resembles a fusion of Horan’s journey as a solo performer, from spotlighting his lyrical vulnerability in intimate acoustic sets to embracing his rock influences through powerful live vocals.
Promising excitement and nostalgia, the decision to see Niall Horan this summer is “Black and White.”

“XOXO TOUR” (Young Miko)
The “rookie of the year” is heading to North America this summer.
After performing at Coachella in April, Young Miko is returning to California for the “XOXO TOUR.” The Puerto Rican artist’s United States headlining concert series will include two shows in LA at the Peacock Theater on Aug. 15 and 16. The tour comes after the April release of Young Miko’s 16-track sophomore project “att.” which featured artists such as Feid and Jowell & Randy. Tickets are still available for the two LA shows with prices starting around $62.
“att.” explores a new sound for the reggaeton artist as she incorporates video game nostalgia into her tracks and finds new ways to represent herself in her music. Fans can expect to hear songs from the new album, along with her most popular tracks, such as her featured spot on Bad Bunny’s “FINA” and her collaboration with Bizarrap. Though June may be long over by the time of the concert, fans can expect a Pride-filled environment at the show of this proudly queer artist.
With a captivating stage presence, Young Miko will be sure to keep her fans “offline” and fully present at her “XOXO Tour” shows.

“All Born Screaming Tour” (St. Vincent)
Fans are about to get loud at St. Vincent’s upcoming show.
The musician’s “All Born Screaming Tour” will arrive at LA’s Greek Theatre on Aug. 16 in promotion of her self-produced seventh studio album “All Born Screaming,” which dropped in April. The songwriter was named one of the greatest guitarists of all time by Rolling Stone last year and is sure to bring her charismatic stage presence and rule-bending instrumentation to life in rockstar fashion throughout her set.
St. Vincent, born Annie Clark, released her debut “Marry Me” in 2007 and has been revolutionizing the indie music scene ever since with her adventurous sonic melding of electronic, jazz and rock elements. She is the only female soloist to win the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album twice, with both her 2014 self-titled LP and 2021’s “Daddy’s Home” taking home the trophy. Regardless of what songs she plays, St. Vincent’s songwriting is also likely to be on full display, with her credits including the Grammy-winning track “Masseduction” and a co-write spot on Taylor Swift’s number-one hit “Cruel Summer.”
If the eccentric quality of St. Vincent’s past work is any indication, concertgoers are sure to leave her performance screaming for more.

“Model Tour” (Wallows)
The Kia Forum welcomes Wallows “Anytime, Always.”
Wallows is back on the road for their “Model Tour” and is set to play at the Kia Forum on Sept. 12 with opener BENEE. The Inglewood date will mark the conclusion of the North American leg of the tour, which kicks off Aug. 6 in Portland, Oregon. The alternative rock band’s tour is expected to feature songs from their latest album, “Model,” and tickets start at less than $79 on Ticketmaster.
The first dates of the tour were announced March 11 alongside a 12-minute short film in the style of a “1980s Horror Film,” as well as an Instagram post in which the band described the tour as their “biggest and best shows yet.” “Model” is Wallows’ third studio album and features authentic and spontaneous songs about the good and bad sides of love, with the band’s characteristic upbeat synth sound. Since the release of the new LP in May, the LA-based band has done multiple live shows featuring old and new music, already hinting at what to expect from the tour.
With the “Model Tour,” Wallows promises shows that will captivate both new and longtime listeners.
