With the 2018 indoor season finally underway, UCLA track and field will take part in its second meet of the year this weekend.
UCLA women’s water polo has only played one game so far this season and has only been together for two full weeks.
“I’d by lying if I said I knew what the other teams are doing and what players they have, but I am also trying to figure out our players,” said coach Adam Wright.
The last time UCLA faced No. 5 Pacific, they were trying to stave off an upset.
This time it would be different.
No. 3 UCLA (16-2, 0-1 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) never trailed Pacific (14-4) in its second match-up against the Tigers this season, securing a 12-11 win.
The Bruins squeaked past the reigning National Champions with a 9-8 double overtime win early in the season.
