Police have arrested and charged a man suspected of shooting a
patron of Habibi Café in Westwood Village early Christmas
Day.
Twenty-year-old Rafael Martirosyan was arrested at his apartment
in Los Angeles on Dec.

The suspects involved in a Christmas Day shooting at a hookah
bar on Broxton Avenue may soon be apprehended, police said
Wednesday.
A late-night gathering of a group of friends at the Habibi Cafe
in Westwood Village was violently interrupted early Sunday morning
when a stray bullet shattered the restaurant’s front window,
striking a patron in the head.

The Tail O’ the Pup hot dog stand, with its
hot-dog-inspired storefront, has been on San Vicente Boulevard in
West Hollywood since 1986, after development of a luxury hotel
forced the stand to move from its original site at the corner of
nearby La Cienega Boulevard and Beverly Place.

As the big white tent gently swayed in the wind and rain poured
