The Graduate Students Association is the voice of graduate students on campus. The association meets for forum every three weeks and takes positions on current issues affecting graduate students.

UCLA students can now access a new website that offers government-related jobs and internships primarily centered around Washington, D.C.
The USAC Office of the President and UCLA Career Center purchased subscriptions to Brad Traverse Job Listings, a website that lists government-related internships and jobs.

The Undergraduate Students Association Council is the official student government representing the undergraduate student body at UCLA. Council meetings take place every week on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Three years ago, UCLA offered three online classes, but more than 30 will be available next quarter.
Undergraduate student government council members said they think the increase in online classes could offset the growing enrollment across all University of California campuses.

Increases in student enrollment is one of the factors that contributed to a 35-class increase in online courses offered over the past three years, said an undergraduate student government council member.

A research foundation granted UCLA professors $570,000 to study the effects of raising the minimum wage in Los Angeles over the next five years.
The team will study changes in wage and employment, product prices and health.

Members of the Associated Students UCLA Finance Committee discussed the association’s finances at their monthly meeting Friday.

Renovations for the first-floor restrooms in Ackerman Union are currently on hold, said ASUCLA Executive Director Bob Williams.
