Submission: UCLA Library’s reliance on temporary workers is inefficient, unethical

I was hired by an affiliated unit of UCLA Library in 2011 on a three-year temporary contract. I was glad to be working full time after earning my master’s degree in library and information science in 2009 from UCLA.
