Former Mayor of Los Angeles and current candidate for California governor Antonio Villaraigosa spoke to members of AFSCME Local 3299 for about five minutes at 2:00 p.m, initiating a chant of “Sí se puede.”

“When people work hard every day, you ought to be able to take care of your family,” Villaraigosa said.
