The demonstrators walked through Bruin Plaza at 1:35 p.m., following a group of AFSCME Local 3299 picketers with union signs and shirts. About 200 union members and protesters approached the Luskin Conference Center, where the UC Board of Regents is meeting, at about 1:40 p.m.
