Carlyn Irwin, a senior advisor at Cornerstone Research who also provides expert witness referrals, said in a video deposition that Klein’s loss of clients occurred due to a combination of factors, including – but not limited to – him being placed on administrative leave. Irwin has previously referred Klein to serve as an expert witness over 30 times.
