Ahead of his Thursday inauguration, Chancellor Julio Frenk spoke with National News and Higher Education editor Alexandra Crosnoe and News editor Dylan Winward to discuss his experience in higher education and tenure to date.Frenk became UCLA’s first Latino chancellor Jan. 1., He was president of the University of Miami from 2015 to 2024 and dean of the Harvard T.H.
