Around 150 UPTE-CWA 9119 picketers reached Bruin Plaza around 11:25 a.m. and chanted, “Who has the power? Union power” and “Who’s university? Our university.”
Picketers then left Bruin Plaza around 11:30 a.m. and began marching towards Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
