Monica Martinez, a clinical care worker at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, said UCLA previously used illegal methods to deter people from striking, such as pulling union members into offices with management by themselves.

“That’s very intimidating, and it is very aggressive,” Martinez said. “It’s a violation of our rights and violation of the law.”
