Redshirt senior quarterback Ethan Garbers spoke to NBC yesterday.
“What I’ve done better over the last few weeks is just let the game come to me,” he said. “Going into this game, I’m going to do my best to get the ball out and not take sacks.”
So far, the veteran signal-caller has done just that. He’s passed for 55 yards at a 60% completion rate and has repeatedly gotten the ball out of the pocket quickly. He’s very efficient when he throws short, intermediate passes and finds his receivers in manageable situations.
