THE HILL – Next to a food truck outside Rieber Terrace, Liam Findley, a first-year global studies student, said he felt people are dejected as the crowd murmurs about Trump’s projected win.
“I think a lot of people are sort of dejected, or apathetic,” he said. “I think obviously a lot of people here voted and did what they could, but California is going blue either way.”
Watching the races for the Senate and the House, Findley only hopes there will be some “sort of check” to a Trump presidency, adding that he is worried the Trump administration will be radical.
