Incumbent Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu has been named the projected winner of California’s 36th Congressional District, according to NBC News. Lieu currently holds roughly 68% of the vote, and Toomim currently has roughly 32%. Roughly 204,000 votes have yet to be counted.
