Los Angeles voters passed Measure FF by a margin of 59.7%, according to the LA Times. Measure FF will allow officers from LAPD, LA World Airports, the Port of LA and the Department of Parks and Recreation to change pension plans from the LA City Employees’ Retirement System, the general plan for municipal employees, to the LA Fire and Police Pension Plan. The city will pay the cost of transferring pensions.
