On May 19, the same day that British rock band Coldplay releases its sixth studio album, “Ghost Stories,” the band will be on the UCLA campus for a performance in Royce Hall.

The winner of seven Grammy Awards, including record of the year for 2004’s “Clocks,” and eight Brit Awards, including three awards for best British group, Coldplay will be playing six intimate shows across the world in the coming months from Tokyo to London, beginning in Cologne, Germany, on April 25.

Ticket information for the band’s only West Coast appearance at Royce Hall will be emailed exclusively to subscribers of the Coldplay mailing list, which can be joined via Coldplay’s website.

Compiled by Brendan Hornbostel, A&E; senior staff.
