Brian Pritchard works on teamwork with UCLA athletes

Brian Pritchard, better known as Waldo, is the Outdoor Adventures program manager for UCLA. He works with various UCLA Athletics teams to improve team bonding and chemistry.

"My favorite part about it is when it's really clear they get something out of it. That's (my) favorite part in terms of me feeling like I made a difference and they've gotten something out of it – when an athlete really learns something about themselves."
