“It’s not just about a bunch of dudes in white lab coats,” says Vincent Reyes, a UCLA graduate student and the content manager of the “Science & Food” blog. Through the Science & Food program at UCLA, Reyes combines his knowledge of science and passion for cooking in the hopes of “changing people’s views in science.”
