Two fires continue to burn across Los Angeles County.

The Palisades fire, the closest to UCLA, has spread to 23,717 acres and is 43% contained, according to the Cal Fire website. Evacuation warnings adjacent to the UCLA campus have been lifted, and there are no evacuation warnings or orders covering the campus. Classes are expected to resume in person Tuesday.

A second fire, which began in Altadena and Pasadena, has spread to 14,117 acres and is 73% contained.
