Evacuation warnings and orders remain in place in response to a fire which began in Pacific Palisades, according to a Unified LA press release. As of 11:25 a.m. Thursday, there are no evacuation warnings or orders covering the UCLA campus.

“Yesterday evening, the National Weather Services announced all Red Flag Warnings within the City of Los Angeles have expired as of 6 p.m., Wednesday,” Unified LA said in the press release. “Current forecasts predict Santa Ana winds and potentially dangerous fire conditions to return starting next week.”

The incident command team responding to the Palisades Fire will host a community meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sinai Temple on Wilshire Boulevard, according to a press release from Unified LA. The Environmental Protection Agency has begun assessing hazards in impacted areas, according to the release.
