In the Town Hall for Students, Administrative Vice Chancellor Michael Beck said that though there is a boil warning for some water regions in Los Angeles and North Santa Monica, there is no boil warning for the UCLA campus.

UCLA classes will move to online instruction until Friday. The Academic Senate authorized classes to be held online for both undergraduate and graduate students, said Chancellor Julio Frenk in a Saturday campuswide email. Although UCLA does not currently have any evacuation orders or warnings, areas less than a mile away from campus are under evacuation order because of the Palisades fire.
