The Palisades fire, which is closest to UCLA, currently has a size of 23,707 acres, according to the Cal Fire website.

The air quality at UCLA is listed as “good,” according to the UCLA air quality website, despite the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health extending a smoke advisory through 10 p.m. Sunday.

Although areas adjacent to the UCLA campus have been given evacuation warnings, there is no evacuation order or warning for the UCLA campus as of 8:50 a.m. Sunday.

Classes will remain online until Jan. 17, UCLA Chancellor Julio Frenk said in a Saturday campuswide email.
