The closest fire to UCLA, which began in Pacific Palisades, is 22,661 acres in size and 11% contained, Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley said in a Saturday morning press conference. Evacuation warnings and orders – which do not cover the UCLA campus as of 9:25 a.m. – remain in place for the fire.
