Evacuation statuses in all areas of Santa Monica between San Vicente Boulevard and Montana Avenue have been changed from an evacuation order to an evacuation warning, according to the City of Santa Monica’s website. The evacuation warning between Montana Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard has been lifted.

“Residents can repopulate this area but should still be prepared to leave if needed,” the website said. “Those who require additional time to evacuate should consider staying away.”

An evacuation order remains in effect for areas of Santa Monica north of San Vicente Boulevard, which remains closed to the public, according to the website.
