Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna said at a 5 p.m. press conference that his department has already arrested three people for looting.

“We have additional people that we’ve brought in just to make sure that people’s property are left alone,” he said. “These people have gone through so much. Don’t put them through more than they have to go through.”
