In a 5 p.m. press conference, LA County Board of Supervisor Chair Kathryn Barger asked people that are in the evacuation area and do not need to be there that to please stay away to let the firefighters and first responders space to do their job.
“I was shocked to see people walking around that don’t live up there,” she said at the conference. “They’re just taking a look at what’s going on.”
