Multiple fires are still active in Los Angeles County as of 4 p.m.

A fire in the Pacific Palisades, which is currently around 6 miles away from campus, has a size of nearly 16,000 acres, according to the Cal Fire website. The fire is being addressed by multiple fire departments.

Another fire in Pasadena and Altadena has a size of around 10,600 acres. There is also a 505 acre fire in Sylmar and a 30 acre fire in the Sepulveda Basin, both of which are being dealt with by the Los Angeles City Fire Department, according to Cal Fire.

A fire in Acton is 30% contained and being managed by the Angeles National Forest, according to Cal Fire.
