Jeff Harris, owner of Feisty Fish Poke, stands outside the Westwood Recreation Center with his food truck offering free meals for evacuees. When asked why, Harris said he decided to show up, adding that it was amazing to see other members of the community bring food and blankets to the center.

“Los Angeles people need food,” he said. “The people that are being evacuated need food.”
