Sally Wilson – who has worked as a nurse practitioner at the Santa Monica UCLA Treatment Center in the Rape Treatment Center division for 22 years – was added to the witness list. She said vaginal and anal injuries are difficult to identify because perpetrators will avoid penetration since if the victim bleeds, they will go to the emergency center.
