Child B, one of Rodriguez’s students at UCLA, was called to the stand. When the 4-year-old was asked how she felt about Rodriguez, she said, “Not good.” Child B added that “He did bad things to me” and “poked me in the butt.”

Rodriguez’s representative came to the stand next to ask Child B about her friends at UCLA. He then asked Child B if she remembered what Rodriguez would do to them and if he hit them with a blue stick. Child B said that Rodriguez did, and the only witness was a female teacher.
