DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – The Continental Club watch party was once standing room only. Now everyone can comfortably find a seat. Late arrival Jay Edwards, an independent Arizonian who voted for Trump, pulled up a stool to the massive screen with CNN on. He said he was prepared to watch until midnight or later in expectation of a Trump victory. “I feel like it’s obviously in Trump’s favor, and I feel like he will pull through at the end of the day,” Edwards said.
