THE HILL – Two groups occupied the second floor of De Neve Commons at 4:47 p.m.: one studying for its imminent 5:00 p.m. midterm and the other in a line stretching from the auditorium to the Magnolia Room. Voters have the option to register for a Poll Pass and skip to the front, drop off a mail-in ballot or queue up.
Yareli Morales, a first-year neuroscience student and first-time voter, said the consequences of this election will linger.
“We’re not really fully independent adults. We’re getting impacted later down the line,” she said. “This is going to be our future.”
