THE HILL – Though the presidential race is at the top of the ticket, some are also conscious of the 10 state-level propositions on California ballots today.

Matthew Bolton, a third-year biochemistry student, said he spent time reviewing California’s ballot propositions to ensure that he was informed before voting.

“A lot of the propositions on the California ballot are very difficult decisions to make, and I am curious to see how that will affect the way people vote,” Bolton said.
