Add garlic and oil to a pan.
In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta.
Spread garlic and oil around the pan on low heat.
Add the pumpkin puree to the pan.
Stir the pumpkin on low heat.
Add the milk and broth to the pan.
Check on the pasta! Make sure not to overcook it.
Stir the milk and broth until blended with pumpkin puree.
Add the cooked pasta to the pumpkin sauce. Stir on low heat until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Enjoy!
