Recipe: Pumpkin Mousse

  • Pumpkin puree (2 tablespoons)
  • Cream cheese (1 block)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • brown sugar (3 tablespoons)
  • nutmeg (a pinch)
  • cinnamon (a pinch)


Step one:

Use a spatula to soften the cream cheese.


Step two:

Add the pumpkin puree to the cream cheese.


Step three:

Whisk until smooth and blended. Add brown sugar, and mix well.


Step four:

Serve the mousse in a cup and add whipped cream and cinnamon if desired!
