Rediscovering Charity Hope Valentine

The UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television’s recent production of the musical “Sweet Charity” invites audiences on a journey through the everyday life of club dancer Charity Hope Valentine as she formulates her own definition of love. Take a step back into the ’80s as Daily Bruin Video explores this production’s reframing of femininity with the director and performers.
