UCPD officers arrested Branch at 12:49 p.m. on Nov. 23 while responding to a UCLA employee’s call about an individual removing packages and mail from two UCLA mailrooms.

Officers found that Branch had mail, debit cards and driver’s licenses belonging to other people, as well as narcotics, paraphernalia and a phone owned by UCLA Housing and Hospitality Services, according to the press release.
