University police investigating report of off-campus sexual assault

University police arrested a 43-year-old man at UCLA Weyburn Terrace Apartments on Nov. 23 after he was found removing packages from two mailrooms.

University police are investigating a report of sexual assault that occurred off campus Monday.

The suspect, an Asian male with an athletic build between 20 and 25 years old, approached a female student and grabbed her breast at around 12:40 p.m. near the 700 block of Tiverton Avenue, according to a UCPD Clery Warning sent to students Monday.

The suspect was wearing a white shirt and black pants at the time of the incident, according to the warning. The suspect is not affiliated with UCLA.

The incident is still under investigation.
