Taylor Swift was presented the award for Artist of the Decade and five other awards Sunday night, making her the most decorated artist in the history of the American Music Awards, with a total of 29 awards.

Christina Aguilera performed ‘’Fall On Me,’’ her new song with A Great Big World, with whom she previously collaborated with on the song “Say Something.”

Despite a public battle with record executive Scooter Braun regarding Swift’s AMA performance, Swift performed a medley of her hits, including songs such as ‘’The Man,’’ ‘’Blank Space’’ and ‘’Lover.’’

Lil Nas X took home the award for Favorite Song - Rap/Hip-Hop for his song ‘’Old Town Road’’ with Billy Ray Cyrus. The song was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 19 weeks straight this year, breaking the previously held record.
