First-year business economics student Mai Li Spencer wears what makes her feel comfortable and confident. She likes to include as many colors as she can and make those colors pop.

Taking influence from the funky color palette of the '80s, first-year pre-public affairs student Evan Farrar likes that retro fashion always seems to be coming back into style. He typically pairs patterns with neutral and basic colors to complete his outfits.

Pease said, “I draw inspiration from local artists and creatives in my community as well as popular fashion blogs.”

First-year design media arts student, Elle McDougald likes to set herself apart by what she wears. At the moment '70s and '90s styles are her go-to.

Besides being inspired by the '70s fashion in "Mamma Mia," undeclared first-year student Jules Setta enjoys the comfort this style provides – she likes that she can look nice while feeling like she’s wearing pajamas. She said she loves the bright color palettes of the '70s and enjoys accenting her outfits with fun shoes and hairstyles.
