The Grand Tour Game – based off a show hosted by ex-Top Gear trio Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May – provided a racing simulator experience around a test track dubbed the “Eboladrome.”

Ford displayed a 1968 Shelby Mustang Cobra GT500 in a shipping container elevated far above the ground, which overlooked the 2019 Mustang models.

The Ford booth also had on display a 2019 Ford GT Heritage Edition, designed to pay homage to the GT40 race car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race consecutively between 1966 and 1969. This example was finished in the baby blue and orange Gulf Racing livery of the original GT40.

A 2019 Ford Mustang is flipped on its side, allowing viewers to see both its open top and undercarriage.

The Jeep exhibit featured the new Wranglers and Gladiator pickups – the only new street-legal vehicles sold in the United States with removable doors and a folding windshield as standard.

Dodge brought its arsenal of American muscle, fitted with its line of HEMI V8 engines.

Nissan showcased the recently introduced 2019 Altima at its booth.

The Nissan GT-R, now in its 11th year of production, was the centerpiece of the Nissan exhibit. This GT-R is the most recent iteration of Nissan's line of Skyline sports cars and continues to feature the iconic round taillights of its predecessors.

The Los Angeles Auto Show, now in its 112th year, is among the largest and most attended auto shows in the world. It takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center and spans more than a million square feet.

Displayed is the 2019 Land Rover Range Rover PHEV, the plug-in hybrid counterpart to the regular Range Rover. Land Rover was among several automakers showcasing green vehicles at the LA Auto Show.

Chevrolet’s exhibit included an obstacle course for remote-controlled robots to traverse.

BMW displayed the M8 GTE, an endurance racing version of the recently introduced BMW 8 Series Coupé, on an elevated pedestal overlooking its exhibit.

The Cadillac booth featured a display of the Ecotec two-liter turbo engine, fitted to many recent GM models.

In addition to the cars, the show also featured several food stalls and food trucks, serving a wide variety of fare ranging from smoothies and coffee to sushi and tacos.

Showgoers had the opportunity to joyride in a Slingshot, drifting around a closed circuit in the three-wheeled, open-air roadster driven by a professional.
