UCPD searches for individual who allegedly burglarized UCLA apartment

University police are searching for an individual who allegedly burglarized a UCLA apartment early Sunday morning.

A student was sleeping in her apartment at Jacaranda Court when the individual attempted to break in around 1 a.m. on Sunday, according to a UCPD alert. The student did not see the individual and did not report any property as stolen.

UCPD did not provide a description of the individual.

UCPD advises students to report suspicious activity to the police and to lock their windows and doors.

The case still under investigation. Anyone with information about this case can call UCPD at 310-825-1491.
