Photo: Vietnamese Culture Night focused on cultural assimilation, change over time

The 38th annual Vietnamese Culture Night took place Monday in Royce Hall and was themed “Time in Tides.” The event, which was hosted by the Vietnamese Student Union, featured a theatrical production and a mix of dance and musical performances by student groups such as AweChords A Capella and VSU Modern. This year’s event focused on the topics of cultural assimilation and the shifts in Vietnamese culture over time in America. (Manpreet Grewal/Daily Bruin)
