UCLA student found dead in Westwood campus housing

A 26-year-old female UCLA student was found dead in Westwood campus housing by university police Wednesday night.

UCLA spokesperson Brian Haas said there were no signs of foul play and no signs of a suicide. He added the Los Angeles County coroner is investigating.

Los Angeles firefighters responded to a call at 6:44 p.m. and met with UCPD officers that were on the scene at the 11000 Weyburn Drive block.
